Full Pour Media is an award-winning creative agency dedicated to the food and beverage industry. We serve clients across the United States and internationally. Our team excels in crafting impactful marketing and promotional campaigns, and we proudly hold nine Craft Beer Marketing Awards.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and ensuring we maximize our membership perks in various industry groups. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of Full Pour Media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Perk Management: Track and manage membership perks from various industry groups to ensure we leverage all available opportunities.

  • Client Outreach: Gather new contact information from business cards and other sources, input it into Notion, and send initial outreach emails to establish connections.

  • Lead Management: Maintain regular email contact with current business leads to nurture relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration.

  • Proposals and Contracts: Create and submit proposals and contracts for client projects as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, providing insights to inform business strategies.

  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent Full Pour Media, build relationships, and gather potential leads.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, lead status, and membership perk utilization for review by senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align business development efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Notion or willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Passion for the food and beverage industry is a plus.


Compensation:

  • $30 per hour

  • 2-3 days per week
